Market news for Saturday, 21 September 2002.
Rain the past few days should help dry fields. Weather radar showed up to 4 inches in Lenawee County (unconfirmed by field reports).
Last week's Saturday market was very busy, with an away game meaning locals who shied away from market because of the inability to find parking suddenly reclaiming the streets of town.
Today's game is in town (Utah, 12:05pm) so expect traffic congestion. The city is planning to spend $1.8M on a new "Adaptive Traffic Control System" (see news story, 15 Sept 2002, Ann Arbor News).
